We are happy to announce that we have just published the first edition of our new newsletter- “The Community Pulse”. Each newsletter we will share with you all the things happening in community healthcare across Vancouver. Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are being developed across the province to support improved access to enhanced team-based care. In a PCN, a clinical network of providers in a geographic area work together to support their patients. This clinical network includes Primary Care Providers, Allied Health Supports, Nurses as well as other services in the community.
