There are many community resources that can support your health and well-being in PCN 5. Neighborhood Houses, Seniors Centres, Community Centres and Libraries offer different types of programs to support their surrounding neighborhoods.

Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House

Located at 800 East Broadway, Mount Pleasant Neighborhood House provides programs for all ages including youth and teen programs as well as Better at Home services.

Vancouver Public Library

Libraries in your neighborhood offer different healthcare navigation and support programming. You can search their events listings for healthcare related topics.

Community Centres

Community Centres provide a variety of programs and resources that can support health and wellness such as information sessions and fitness classes. Find the Community Centres in your neighborhood at the link below.

Oakridge Seniors Centre

Located at 205 – 5680 Ash St., Oakridge Seniors Centre provides various activities, programs and service for seniors 55 and older in the community.

411 Seniors Centre Society

Located at 3502 Fraser St., the 411 Seniors Centre offers a variety of services and resource navigation to support seniors aged 55 and over.
